Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kokecutessea@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

 

Due to an increase in demand and an accumulation of previous severe weather conditions, our shipping times are longer than usual. Indoor plants will be shipped within 3-8 days of purchase, weather permitting.

Once your order ships, it may take an additional 3-8 days to arrive at your door and you will receive tracking information delivered to your inbox. Please note that most items ship separately and some orders may ship earlier.

Once your items ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will continue to keep our site up to date with the most accurate shipping schedule.

Shipping your plants safely is our top priority. If there are extreme temperatures in your area or during the shipping route, we may hold your order until the temperatures normalize.

An important note about our health and safety measures

As we navigate the current health crisis together, we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of our team members, their families, and our clients. As always, we are here to help and support you during these unprecedented times.

Deliveries:

Our plants are delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx.
As a social distancing measure and to minimize any potential risk of exposure for both our carriers and our customers, all deliveries will not require a signature.
The World Health Organization has provided guidance that the risk of COVID-19 infection from a package that has been moved, traveled, or has been exposed to different conditions and temperatures is low.
We work closely with our operator to responsibly manage this evolving situation.
We have provided our teams with the following delivery protocol guidelines:

Leaving a plant unattended (for example, on the porch) will be an acceptable form of delivery.
All employees must practice responsible sanitation and wash their hands.
Delivery vehicles must be adequately ventilated throughout the day and in clean condition.
Announce arrival by ringing the bell or knocking on the door, but practice contactless delivery
Deliveries to non-residential addresses, such as hospitals and schools, may be affected by health and safety restrictions due to the evolution of the pandemic. We are monitoring this closely and will contact you if we are unable to deliver your gift to this address.
Our compliance locations follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as defined by the FDA. These GMPs include, but are not limited to, social distancing, disinfection, hand washing / drying, use of gloves, restrictions on eating or drinking at work stations, instructions to employees that employees should not go to work if they are ill, or they don't feel good. . , or employees sent home if they get sick while working.
